Encounter Unit staff are available Monday through Friday (excluding State holidays) to assist contractors in resolving encounter errors or to research specific encounter issues. Questions regarding the EDI Portal should be submitted to servicedesk@azahcccs.gov. All other encounter questions, including those concerning mainframe, should be sent to AHCCCSEncounters@azahcccs.gov.
