Transportation, Certificate of Necessity Providers
Per Arizona Revised Statutes § 36-2239(H), ground ambulance companies with rates regulated and set by the Arizona Department of Health Services, Bureau of Emergency Medical Services (ADHS/BEMS) are reimbursed at a percentage of the ADHS/BEMS determined rate. The percentage applied for dates of service 10/01/2016 thru 09/30/2017 is 68.59% of the ADHS/BEMS rates in effect on 07/01/2016.
