AHCCCS Online System To Be Down for Scheduled Maintenance Aug. 7 through Aug. 9
The AHCCCS Online Provider System will be unavailable for 48 hours from Friday, Aug. 7 at 5 p.m. through Sunday, Aug. 9, at 5 p.m. for planned system maintenance and upgrades to align with current security and privacy standards.
All functions in the AHCCCS Online system will be unavailable during this planned maintenance. This include:
- Web-based claims status checks and online claims form submission. (Providers can still submit batch transactions.)
- Prior authorization inquiry and online prior authorization submission
- Web-based member eligibility verification. (Batch transactions and real-time transactions through a clearing house are still functional.)
- Newborn Notification
- Hospital Assessment
- Targeted Investment
- Provider Verification
- Ability for providers to enroll in an American Indian Medical Home or Electronic Funds Transfer
- Supplemental data
This planned outage will not affect:
- Provider Enrollment processes
- HEAplus system
- Quality Management Portal
- Mainframe processing of claims, member/provider enrollment, etc.
