AHCCCS is conducting a survey to determine the performance and responsiveness of its contracted managed care organizations (MCO) to providers. We are asking providers who are contracted with the health plans listed below to complete this survey by May 17.
Responses will help AHCCCS determine levels of satisfaction with MCO Claims, Customer Service, Credentialing and Prior Authorization processes.

Limited provider information will be collected as part of this survey. AHCCCS does not intend to release details identifying individual provider submissions.
