City Assessments
Background
The Cities of Casa Grande, Globe, Mesa and Tucson propose to include additional funding for hospitals with high uncompensated care costs and coverage opportunities by building upon the successful City of Phoenix Access to Care Ordinance and adding four new cities to this provider-assessment funded SNCP model. Links to the ordinances and more information, including how to submit public comments, can be found below.
This amendment also follows up on a prior request to add three new hospitals to Attachment J, Section that are seeking to participate in the SNCP model funded by the contributions of local political subdivisions.

A 30 day period will be provided for the public to submit written comments until Monday, August 12, 2013. Comments can be submitted by:
